Northland Leases First GEA Houle Stainless Tanker
Pat Mohr has been leasing equipment from Northland Capital since his earliest farming days. Recently he leased the first stainless steel GEA Houle tanker to be put into service in the U.S. By leasing, he realizes the tax benefits and improves his cash flow with flexible payment terms.
From tractors and trucks to manure tanks and corn dryers, most everything on today's farm can be leased from Northland Capital.

Lease Operations
Northland Capital recently transitioned its Lease Operations department and is managed by Beth McLean. This department is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of documentation, titles and UCC filings to ensure portfolio quality. Along with Briana Sjodin, Jessica Jansky and Ruth Simon, Northland Capital has also added Cassandra Smith to the team.
